Eileen Pippins, M.A., PsyD, is an organizational development consultant and facilitator who helps leaders transform workplace culture through equitable engagement strategies. With nearly two decades of experience in communication, change management, and DEIB, she has partnered with nonprofits, educational institutions, and organizations nationwide to strengthen leadership and collaboration. Based in the Bay Area, she recently completed her doctorate in Organizational Psychology, focusing on sustainable engagement.

Ronen R. Pessar is a sales leader and co-founder of Outbound Operators, where he helps companies scale outbound sales by focusing on live conversations that drive real pipeline. With a background in psychology and more than a decade building and training SDR teams, he specializes in cold call market fit, SDR recruiting, and elite sales training. Based in San Diego, Ronen advises B2B SaaS and services companies on eliminating wasted sales activity and equipping small teams to produce results comparable to much larger ones.

Jovanni Tricerri is a strategist, facilitator, and community leader with more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit management, and community development. He leads RÍA Strategies, helping organizations and communities tackle complex challenges through collaboration and civic engagement. Based in Chico, he has guided disaster recovery efforts across Northern California, directed over $65 million in grants, and advised international nonprofits in more than 35 countries. Jovanni’s work centers on building resilience, fostering trust, and equipping leaders to turn shared vision into lasting impact.

Jim Tamm is a former Senior Administrative Law Judge for the State of California who mediated more school district labor strikes than anyone in the U.S. Drawing from that experience, he co-authored the bestselling book Radical Collaboration: Five Essential Skills to Overcome Defensiveness and Build Successful Relationships, now in its second edition. For the past 18 years, Jim has taught collaboration skills to organizations worldwide, including programs at NASA, Harvard, and the Stockholm School of Economics. Today he leads RC Group, delivering workshops and certifying trainers in Radical Collaboration, with materials translated into 15 languages and used globally. He lives in Cuernavaca, Mexico, and divides his time between work in California, Sweden, and Latin America.

Keesha Hills is a consultant and facilitator passionate about helping mission-driven leaders and organizations dream, build, and thrive. She is the founder of Thrive Consulting & Development and a senior consultant with Thrive Synergy Solutions, where she focuses on organizational design, leadership development, and community impact. Based in Oroville, she also serves as Director of Operations for the Oroville Southside Community Improvement Association. Certified as a Director of Operations, Keesha brings more than a decade of experience supporting leaders with strategy, structure, and systems that foster growth and resilience.

Lauren Ball is a facilitator and learning & development specialist with more than 20 years of experience designing and leading programs that build collaboration, leadership, and team effectiveness. A Certified Radical Collaboration Facilitator with Collaborative Commons, she helps organizations strengthen trust, reduce conflict, and improve performance through engaging workshops and strategic facilitation. Based between North San Diego County and Seattle, Lauren has worked with organizations nationwide, drawing on her background in organizational psychology and extensive experience in facilitation, onboarding, and leadership development.

Jaime Partlow is a learning and organization development leader with more than a decade of experience designing and facilitating employee growth programs that align people development with business objectives. She currently serves as a Senior Learning Development Consultant at GoDaddy, where she creates innovative training and coaching solutions to support company-wide growth and engagement. Previously, she led learning initiatives at CommonSpirit Health and Dignity Health, helping merge organizations, build leadership development programs, and design nationwide onboarding experiences. Jaime holds a Master’s in Organization Development from Pepperdine and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, bringing both academic insight and practical expertise to her work in leadership, training, and organizational change.

Alyssa (Bostwick) Kasiewicz is Vice President and Chief Nurse and Operations Executive for Children’s Services at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida. With more than 22 years of pediatric healthcare experience, she oversees nursing practice, quality, safety, and strategic growth for children’s services across a five-county region. Alyssa has held leadership roles at both Golisano and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, spanning intensive care, surgery, transport, and program development. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC) and a Radical Collaboration Certified Trainer, bringing expertise in strategic planning, data-driven improvement, and team development. Alyssa is also pursuing her Doctor of Psychology in Organizational Leadership at Touro University.

Gloria Halley is a longtime education leader serving as Regional Lead at the Butte County Office of Education, a role she has held for more than 30 years. Based in Chico, she works across schools and districts to strengthen educational programs, support leadership development, and advance initiatives that serve students and families throughout the region. Gloria holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from California Baptist University and is recognized for her expertise in leadership development, nonprofit partnerships, and community-based education initiatives.

Rodi Adema is a senior leader with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where he serves as Field Supervisor for the New England region and Acting Chief of the Corporate University Leadership Development Program. With more than 25 years at the FDIC, he has overseen regulatory supervision for hundreds of financial institutions while mentoring and coaching leaders, managers, and staff across the agency. Rodi is also a Collaborative Commons partner and a Radical Collaboration Certified Trainer, bringing his expertise in leadership, mentoring, strategy, and organizational development to broader communities. His career spans roles in compliance, examination, recruiting, training, and executive leadership, complemented by executive education at MIT Sloan and Harvard.

Glen Olson is the owner of 3-2-1 GO!, LLC, where he designs and facilitates custom leadership development, team building, and management training programs for corporate, nonprofit, and educational clients. With more than 25 years in training and organizational development, Glen is known for creating dynamic, experiential learning environments that engage participants and build practical skills. Before founding 3-2-1 GO! in 2011, he spent 15 years as a partner and senior facilitator at Learning Unlimited Corporation, delivering programs internationally, and earlier led regional training efforts at Kinko’s Graphics Corporation. He holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech and a B.A. in History from Auburn University.
