About The Collaborative Commons

Most leaders are doing everything they can, but still feel like they’re fighting against economic shifts, changing technology, complexity, misalignment, or burnout. The demands are high, but the human capacity isn’t always there to meet them.

We exist to change that.

At The Collaborative Commons, we help mission-driven teams and organizations build trust, resilience, and clarity, so they can lead with intention, not exhaustion.

Through facilitation, strategy, and long-term support of our collective of expert facilitators, we guide people and systems toward real, lasting transformation. Not quick fixes. Not check-the-box training. Just the space, tools, and support needed to shift how your team works together.

The Growing Team

As the need for effective and harmonious collaboration continues to grow across various sectors in the U.S., there is a pressing demand to expand the bench of Radical Collaboration Certified Trainers. By increasing the number of qualified trainers, we aim to significantly impact and enhance the capacity for creating Green Zone environments—spaces characterized by mutual respect, openness, and cooperative problem-solving. This expansion is not just about reaching more organizations but also about deepening the quality of interactions and the productivity of teams throughout the country. Cultivating a broader network of certified trainers ensures that more individuals and teams can benefit from the transformative skills of Radical Collaboration, fostering environments that support sustainable, inclusive, and effective teamwork.
